runair starts in Wrocław, in ten osiedla: Stare Miasto, Nadodrze, Ołbin, Plac Grunwaldzki, Biskupin-Sępolno-Dąbie-Bartoszowice, Przedmieście Świdnickie, Powstańców Śląskich, Borek, Szczepin and Karłowice-Różanka. You belong to one at a time and can change it on your profile.

No. Your account is tied to your phone: open the app, pick a name and a neighborhood, and you're in.

Both phones start measuring at the same moment, after a shared 3‑2‑1. Each phone measures its own runner with GPS, and the first to cover the agreed distance wins. If one of you gives up, the other wins.

A result is provisional until both phones have reported — the winner's finish and the other runner's finish or stop. It becomes final as soon as they have, or when the duel's time limit runs out, and that's when your rating changes.

Everyone starts at 1200. Beating a higher-rated runner earns more than beating a lower-rated one, and losing to one costs less. Your first five duels move your rating faster while runair works out where you belong; you're marked provisional until then.

A locked screen is fine — tracking carries on in your pocket. If the app is closed, open it again: the race resumes from the last distance your phone reported, which is at most ten seconds old; the stretch you ran while it was closed isn't counted.

Type the code instead — it's the same code, in letters, shown with the QR. A code lasts a few minutes; if it has expired, ask for a new one.

On the Together tab, create a run: its type (easy, long, tempo, intervals or track), day and time, meeting place, pace and how many runners can come — two to eight, you included. Runners in your neighborhood can join until it's full. You can edit or cancel it from the run's own screen.

Yes, any time before it starts — your place opens up for someone else. Runs you've hosted and joined, upcoming and past, are under My runs.

No. They see your neighborhood and your pace band, never your position. In a duel, your opponent sees how far you've run — nothing more. The privacy policy has the details.

On your profile, turn on Hide me from Nearby. You'll still see Nearby yourself, and you'll still appear on the runs you host or join.

Not yet — your account lives on the phone you signed up with. Write to us if you're switching phones and we'll help.

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and your phone is signed out — there's nothing to email and nothing to wait for.

Your name, profile and duel GPS tracks are deleted, and you leave the leaderboards. Your past duels and runs stay in other runners' history as "Deleted runner", so their results and ratings don't change. A race you're in counts as given up, upcoming runs you host are cancelled, and you leave the ones you've joined. The privacy policy has the details.

Lost the phone your account is on? Email support@runair.app with your display name and neighborhood, and we'll delete it for you.
